This service consists of activities which are a subset or outside the catalogue services, and agreed by the parties from time to time. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Development of detailed database activity plan
- Design and implementation
- Design and implement additional features such as high availability, high security, disaster recovery, backup and recovery
- Implement any other tools other than Fujitsu Enterprise Postgres
- Upgrade Fujitsu Enterprise Postgres
- Integrate with 3rd-party products
- Database maintenance activity
- Operational review
